We're on the hunt for an experienced Chef De Partie to join the family in the Espy Kitchen at the iconic Hotel Esplanade.

Recently restored to its former grandeur and glory, Hotel Esplanade is home to a dynamic range of dining, drinking, music, art and cultural experiences. Servicing the dining needs of punters across all ground floor and basement spaces, functions and events and of course, it’s namesake restaurant, the Espy Kitchen showcases fresh, local produce through a cracking seasonal menu, woodfire pizzas and pub classics.

With an award-winning team, state of the art kitchen and high-profile venue, this is an epic opportunity for a CDP who thrives in a multi-faceted, high-pressure, high-volume environment.

If you are a CDP who has:

A love of great food
A current Food Handlers’ Certificate
At least 2 years’ experience
Experience in receiving stock and basic ordering
Attention to detail in plate presentation
A great attitude
The ability to work autonomously
