Fitness/Membership Consultant
Job description
We have an opportunity available for a Fitness Consultant at two of our premium fitness facilities to maintain the value and services we provide and further improve the customer experience and satisfaction of our valued members.
We are hoping to find someone, who is committed to providing quality experiences to their clientele, who is flexible and adaptable in a highly rewarding environment that will provide them growth and development on an ongoing basis.
This position will provide diversity, as sales form a vital portion of the role, ensuring the gym environment is an enjoyable, tidy, clean and safe space for our members, working within a business development capacity, and in conjunction with a well-established team, with a primary focus on building rapport and relationships to promote and sell the clubs products and services.
The Ideal Candidate Would Have:
- experience in customer service with a passion for excellence
- a background or experience in sales and or business development
- an understanding of business operations and value for KPIs
- creative flare and insight to content creation of our social media
- be well presented, enthusiastic and self motivated
- a confident ability to work autonomously with a high standard of time management
- be highly organized and have a high level of attention to detail
- excellent computer and administrative ability – focussing on email management, use of canva and CRM systems
- a blazing passion for the health and fitness industry
- expert at being able to prioritize and organize workflow to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- a resolution focussed mindset with an exceptional approach to problem solving
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- be a team player with the desire to grow and advance into varied roles
- an upbeat demeanor and warm personality that contributes to the high standard of service and culture we pride ourselves on
Required Certificates:
• Working with Children Check
• National Police Check
• Current CPR / Apply First Aid Certificates
